Steel which is supplied in coils is de-coiled, straightened and fed into the production press

 

The Schmid Press Swiss triple action fine blanking production lines are PLC controlled, fully automated and can produce 5,000+ units per hour

Fine Blanked precision metal components are produced at a rate of up to 100 components per minute with very little material wastage.

 

The Fine Blanked components can go through further finishing processes such as vibratory de-burr or linishing.

The Fine Blanked components can be stressed relieved and annealed.

 

Production Planning and Logistics are controlled and monitored to ensure that components are delivered to exact customer JIT requirements.
