The D C Ross tool making division has been designing and building dedicated high quality production tooling since the early 1900’s. We have a highly equipped precision engineering facility with extensively trained engineers. Thinking 'outside the box' is our specialty.

When in consultation with our clients to establish their requirements we take the time to discuss the operational expectations of new tooling and the end product specifications to ensure that we have captured all necessary data.

In many cases our clients do not have all the answers or may not have the expertise to provide enough information to build a production tool. This is not a problem for the team at D C Ross, we have considerable experience in the development of products from early concept stage and can assist you with early prototyping right through to full product production.

Production tooling manufactured by DC Ross is custom built for each client and in most cases unique to its application. We select the best quality tooling steels and apply best practice in de-stressing throughout the machining processes. Tooling manufactured by D C Ross will give a long service life.
