At DC Ross, every component feature is produced in a fine blanking press tool. All chamfers, holes, semi pierces, teeth, splines, etc are produced in the one tool, in the same position, at the same time so every component is absolutely dimensionally identical.
We do not produce or finish off parts by hobbing, grinding, hand drilling, hand bending, etc.
